Origins: Brazil Cerrado Mineiro • El Salvador Borgonovo San Carlos • Ethiopia Yirgacheffe (Biru Bekele, Chito District, Oromia)
Mach 3 is engineered for speed, balance, and lift — an espresso blend that takes off with layered complexity. We’ve united three origins that each bring a precise role:
Brazil Cerrado Mineiro: the base. Low-altitude, sun-dried beans deliver a chocolatey backbone with notes of toasted nuts and a silky mouthfeel.
El Salvador Borgonovo San Carlos: the mid-engine. This washed Bourbon adds caramel sweetness, red apple brightness, and a refined structure that holds the blend steady.
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, Biru Bekele (Chito District, Oromia): the afterburner. High-altitude heirloom varieties grown by Biru Bekele bring a fragrant lift of jasmine, citrus zest, and ripe stone fruit — a signature flourish that elevates the cup.
The result is a full-bodied espresso with crema that is rich and persistent, flavor dynamics that move from dark chocolate and almond into floral citrus and peach, finishing clean and resonant.
Mach 3 is crafted for baristas and adventurous home users seeking a blend that performs with precision in milk while standing thrillingly on its own.
The customer service at Las Fincas is incredible! You can really see how passionate the owners are about coffee and where the beans come from. Every blend of coffee I have tried has been amazing and for a very reasonable price.

Nothing beats Las Fincas coffee. I have tried coffee from so many places across the globe. Kenyan, Nigerian, South American, from roasters in Europe and here in my hometown of Montreal. There is no better bean, regardless of what you're looking for. I get whole beans and grind them fresh, but you can get the ground stuff if you're lazy.
If you live in Montreal, order from Las Fincas - it's utterly worth it. And if you are not from Montreal and you love coffee, order from Las Fincas anyway.

I have been ordering my coffee beans from Las Fincas since the early days of the pandemic. From my first phone call to ask questions I was impressed. The guys are coffee geeks. They answered all of my questions, gave me a tour of the shop and I can always count on great coffee. I love supporting local businesses, particularly during these times, but these guys make it a no brainer. Thank you gentlemen!
